Thermotech’s bifold and new wave doors are the solution for creating a seamless link between inside and outside spaces – they enhance living spaces with natural light and style. Like all of Thermotech’s South Wales doors, both bifold and folding patio new wave doors pass vigorous tests and prove that they are efficient in terms of thermal insulation, weather proofing and security.
Bifold doors
Thermotech’s South Wales bi fold doors, based on a concertina effect, can make your living space open directly onto your garden our outside area. When closed, this type of door creates the feel of much more space by letting in light and bringing the outside in (without the weather!) This is thanks to 90% of the door being made up of high quality glazed panels. Available in both efficient uPVC or ultra modern aluminium, these doors will transform your living space.
Our bifold patio doors can be installed with 2 to 7 panels up to a span width of 6 metres and slide towards the left or right, whatever suits your living space. They also use heavy duty rollers and stainless steel tracks, meaning they are very durable and easy to use. As with our other patio door styles, the bifold doors are available in three beautiful wooden finishes. Choose between white, oak and rosewood, any of which can blend well with various types of property.
New wave doors
This option from Thermotech is a folding patio door with a minimalist design. No unsightly hardware and seamless lines means natural light is abundant and your living space made the most of. Folding patio new wave doors are easy to operate, done so by sliding one panel at a time. Its design also means any part of the door can be opened and it can even act as a partition.
As with all of Thermotech’s doors, folding patio new wave doors combine function and style, enabling you to stylishly update a room into a versatile new living space that can be enjoyed all year round, in whatever weather.

Wonderful company from start to finish! I purchased a new door a few months ago, the quality and the fitting is outstanding. Having an old stone wall surrounding the fitting was not an easy job, however the result is to perfection. Being a family run business they take customer service to heart. I can not fault this company and would highly recommend it.
